At Triforge, we curate high-performance products from trusted brands to help you train smarter and race stronger. Because each brand may have different return procedures, please read carefully below.

General Return Guidelines

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety, nutrition, supplements, and consumable items are non-returnable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Brand-Specific Policies

  • Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners:
  • different brands, each item may need to be returned to its original supplier.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

  • 5–10 business days.
